Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Carrier We work with various carriers, including USPS, Ontrac, Yun Express, Yanwen Express, SDH Express, and others. The carrier selected for your order is based on factors such as your delivery location or the specific item being shipped. Please note that we cannot accommodate requests to change the carrier. Our priority is to ensure your order is delivered promptly, and we appreciate your understanding.

2. Business Days Business days refer to weekdays (Monday through Friday) excluding any federal holidays or days when banking institutions are closed due to government actions.

3. Processing Time Our team typically takes 3-5 business days to process your order and prepare it for shipping, depending on the product ordered.

4. Expected Delivery Date Delivery times are estimated between 12-17 business days. Please note that these are estimates provided by the carriers. Delays may occur due to holidays, severe weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. All shipments include a tracking link, which you can use to monitor your order’s status.

5. Shipping Fees We do not charge shipping fees on our items.

6. Shipping Destinations We offer worldwide shipping, with the exception of APO/FPO and P.O. Box addresses.

7. Tracking Your Order Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your order. If you created an account at checkout, you can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.

8. Lost Orders If your order is lost in transit, please submit a claim within 4 days of the estimated delivery date. We will cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order. Please verify your shipping address and check with your local post office before contacting us for further assistance.

9. Incorrect Addresses If the shipping address provided was incorrect, you are responsible for any additional shipping charges. If the package is returned to us, we will notify you and arrange for reshipment at the following rates: $7 per item for U.S. addresses, $10 per item for international addresses. If the package is not returned, you will need to place a new order.

10. Returned to Sender Orders returned to us due to an undeliverable address, unclaimed package at customs, or refusal by the recipient will result in additional shipping charges for reshipment. We will contact you to confirm how you would like to proceed.

11. Marked as Delivered but Not Received If the tracking information indicates that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please contact us immediately. In many cases, the package may have been left in an unexpected location at your address. We will work with you and the courier to resolve the issue.

12. Damaged or Defective Products If your product arrives damaged or defective, please send a photo of the item to [email protected]. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.
